On the 25th July 1909, Louis Blériot went down in history as the first pilot to cross the Channel. The flying machine he built himself was simple and fragile. Now in July 1998, Louis Blériot will again cross the channel in the same plane! But this Louis is the great aviator’s grandson. We follow Louis the grandson as he prepares his attempt to repeat his grandfather’s feat of 80 years ago.
