In the tiny city of Sainte Marie aux Mines, since the end of industrialisation came in, future seems uncertain. Unemployment has completely depressed the whole population. In this context, a festival of music, arts and cinema has been created. Each spring, the inhabitants live back in the time of their city’s glorious past.
