In 1974 in Ethiopia Y. Coppens et D. Johanson have undertaken excavations for 7 years. They discovered the first prehistoric woman. She will be called Lucy. For scientists it is the Australopithecus Afarensis.
And in 1978 Mary Leakey and his son Richard discovered footprints of biped: of adults and children. Is it the missing link between monkey and Lucy, discovered few years sooner?
